WHAT IS #SMARTFREEDOM?

When we take inventory of the disordered attachments in our lives we sometimes forget the biggest culprit... our Smartphones. For something we call a "Smart" it has the great potential to make us look pretty dumb.

Have you ever caught yourself hearing phantom notifications? Experiencing acute anxiety when your phone is out of reach... How many hours a week do you spend scrolling mindlessly? Do your children, clients, co-workers, friends see your eyes or just the top of your head? 

These can be scary questions, but Freedom is possible!

21-DAY CHALLENGE

They say it takes 21 days to start a new habit... but they said that before smartphones were invented. Our 21-Day Challenge combines fasting, prayer, and fun challenges that help us put our phones back into their proper place--our pockets!! And our eyes back on the Lord and back to making contact with the eyes of His other children.

21-DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 1

THE BASICS

Each #SmartFreedom Challenge starts with three very basic commitments:

"Dear Aunt Katie, I promise to not use my phone while...

(1) DRIVING.

(2) EATING MEALS.

(3) IN THE BATHROOM."

Additional challenges, inspirations, and sacrifices are added along the way, but these three challenges remain for the duration!
